Practice. In that role he oversaw EPM services
delivery for Microsoft in the Central US Region, Canada and
South America, ensuring quality solutions and very high
customer satisfaction. Reid has over 25 years of experience architecting, selling and delivering professional services in project management, real estate and business consulting, including 13 years as a business consulting manager with Arthur Andersen LLP. |

| Bob has over 20 years of experience in software sales,
licensing, and professional services, including 14 years at
Microsoft. Since 2003, Bob has focused exclusively on the
Microsoft EPM Solution. He was the Services Sales Manager
for the Microsoft Consulting Services EPM Global Practice,
and also has broad technical knowledge and business process
consulting experience. In addition to serving customers world-wide, Bob has served on the boards of several not-for-profits and consulting firms. |
